Is this done by bots?
No. A person fills in every directory form by hand, and your dashboard shows each one as it happens.
What exactly is guaranteed?
Two things, each with a money-back remedy. Your plan's number of listings: we replace any directory that does not list you, free. And delivery: everything submitted within 7 business days. On top, we check every listing, and whether Google has it, every week for 45 days.
What if a directory does not list me?
Each directory decides for itself, and some say no. When one does, we submit to another directory of similar standing, free. Your dashboard shows it as "Replaced with …", and your plan's count is a count of listings.
How do refunds work?
Before we start: a full refund. Not all submitted within 7 business days: you get back the part we did not do. Fewer listings than your plan when tracking ends: you get back the difference. Details are in the refund policy.
How long does it take?
We start within 2 business days of your setup and submit everything within 7 business days. Directories publish on their own schedule, so we check every listing for you each week for 45 days.
Do I have to choose the directories?
No. Press one button and we choose directories that fit your product: free ones only, and nothing that needs a badge on your site. Prefer to choose yourself? "Let me choose" opens our full list.
Will my Domain Rating go up?
Domain Rating is Ahrefs' own score, and nobody controls it, so we do not promise a number. We measure it before and after your order, so you can see the change.
Will this get me to page one of Google, or bring traffic?
We do not promise rankings or traffic. Listings help people and search engines discover you and give you links; rankings also depend on your content and your market. Your final report shows what we did, what we measured before and after, and your next steps. It never claims what caused a change.

Do you check whether Google indexes my listings?
Yes. Every week for 45 days we look for each listing in Google and show which ones are indexed. Google decides what it indexes, so we report it rather than promise it.
What if I'm already listed somewhere?
Your free listing report finds the directories that already list you, and we skip those, so you never pay for a listing you already have.
What kinds of products do you take?
SaaS, AI tools, websites and developer tools that have their own website. Not local businesses.
Do you need my passwords?
Not for your main accounts. Listings are created with a sign-up email used only for directories: either one you create for us, or one we set up and hand over at the end.
Is it safe for my SEO?
We only use real directories that review products. No link packages and no sitewide badge links, the kind that can hurt a site.
Do you submit to paid directories?
Plans include free directories only. A paid one is added only with a separate quote and your OK.
Are the listings permanent?
That is up to each directory. Some remove old listings or ask for a renewal, so we do not promise a permanent placement.
Can I manage more than one product?
One product per order. For another product, contact us and we set up a separate order.
