1. Who we are
LaunchingOps (launchingops.com) is operated by Razillion Enterprises, a sole proprietorship registered in India (proprietor: Vimalraj, GSTIN 33BIYPV6519E1ZN). “We” and “us” mean Razillion Enterprises. “You” means the person or company using the site or buying a plan. By creating an account or paying for a plan you accept these terms.
2. What we provide
- A free listing report on a website you name: public information about it, including where it is already listed and its Domain Rating by Ahrefs. It is an estimate from public sources, provided as it is.
- Done-for-you directory submission: after you pay for a plan and complete onboarding, our team submits your product by hand to the number of directories in your plan (Launch: 50, Growth: 100, Scale: 150), chosen from our list to fit your product (or chosen by you, if you prefer). We add extra directories at our own cost to reach your plan's number of listings.
- A dashboard showing each directory's status (Submitted, Listed with its link, Google indexed, or Replaced with another directory), checked automatically every 7 days for 45 days after the last submission (see the Shipping & Delivery policy).
Each purchase is a one-time order, not a subscription. Nothing renews or charges you again.
3. What we guarantee, and what we do not
We guarantee, with the remedies set out in the Cancellation & Refunds policy:
- every submission in your plan, made by a person, within the delivery time;
- your plan's number of listings: a directory that does not list you is replaced free, and a shortfall when tracking ends is refunded in proportion;
- a weekly check of every listing, and of whether Google has it, for 45 days after the last submission.
Each directory decides for itself whether to publish a listing, when, and with which kind of link, and search engines decide for themselves what to index and how to rank it. So we do not guarantee: that any particular directory lists you; that a listing is indexed by Google or any other search engine; any Domain Rating beyond the guarantee above, or any Domain Authority, ranking, traffic, sign-ups or revenue; or that a directory gives a dofollow link. Where we show a link type, it is what we saw on that directory's existing listings or what our catalogue records.
4. Your responsibilities
- The product details, logo, screenshots and descriptions you give us are accurate and you have the right to publish them.
- Your product is lawful. We do not accept adult content, gambling, weapons, drugs, financial schemes that promise returns, malware, or anything that deceives users. We may refuse or stop an order for such a product and refund the unused part.
- You answer our questions and verification requests (for example a one-time code sent to your email) within a reasonable time. Delays on your side extend the delivery time by the same amount.
5. The email address used for submissions
Directories ask for an email account. At onboarding you choose one of three options: you give us an address and password you created, we create an address for you, or we use an address on our own domain for your product. Passwords you give us are stored encrypted, are seen only by the team member working on your order, and are used only to submit and verify your listings. When the order is finished we hand the account over to you, and we recommend you change the password then.
6. Badges
Some directories ask for their badge on your website. We never place a badge without your yes, and the code we give you always marks the link rel="sponsored nofollow", so it cannot be mistaken for a paid link scheme.
7. Prices, payment and taxes
- Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page before you pay. The amount is worked out by us, never from a link or form you can edit.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
- Customers outside India: the service is an export of services from India and carries no Indian GST. Customers in India: 18% GST is added and shown on your invoice. You are responsible for any tax due in your own country.
- Top-ups add directories to an order you have already paid for. You pay only for the added directories, and they are added only to directories that product has not used yet.
- Some directories charge for faster review or a dofollow link. We submit to free tiers only, unless you ask for and pay for a paid tier yourself.
8. Delivery, cancellation and refunds
How long delivery takes is set out in the Shipping & Delivery policy. When you can cancel and when you get money back is set out in the Cancellation & Refunds policy. Both are part of these terms. Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of payment.
9. Your data
How we collect, use and protect your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
You keep all rights in your product, name, logo and content. You allow us to use them only to make your submissions and to show your own dashboard and reports. We keep all rights in our site, software, directory list and reports. The directory list is provided for your order only and may not be copied or resold.
11. Limits of our liability
We do the work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost traffic or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
12. Suspension and ending
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, abuses the free listing report, or tries to access what it should not, and we will refund any unused, paid part of an order unless the order was obtained by fraud.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. The terms that applied when you paid apply to that order.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction. Please write to us first: most problems are solved faster by email than by anyone else.
